Job Description About this role: Wells Fargo Supply Chain Management Governance and Administration group within the Supply Chain Management enterprise function is currently seeking a Lead Business Consultant who will be accountable for execution and oversight of applicable risk programs. This includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations with a strong focus on timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex environment. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement while having ability to make timely and difficult decisions. Reporting to the SCM Risk and Control Head, this role will be a key contributor to the strategy for how risk and relationships are managed across the Enterprise. This individual will have the ability to assess, aggregate, interpret, and present risk data. The role requires a background in risk and controls (RCSA) and third-party risk. A successful candidate in this role will leverage their risk management and oversight experience to promote a strong third-party incident and resiliency culture including a balanced approach working in cooperation and consultation with SCM business owners and key partners. In this role, you will: Lead business execution of Risk and Controls within business function and consults with business leaders to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions to drive and document the requirements for third party escalations, processes and reporting with business partners Ability to manage and oversee third party incidents by collecting data and performing impact assessments that drive escalation routines Experience with third party relationships management and third party risk frameworks, for both affiliated and non-affiliated relationships Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management; operational risk data components and related taxonomies Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Risk Partners throughout the organization Familiarity with formal project and change management processes, particularly Agile and similar methodologies Experienced with Product Management, Business Analysis, BI tools (Tableau or similar tools) Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions Job Expectations: Expected less than 10% travel This position offers a hybrid work schedule Must be able to sit in one of the listed locations Posting End Date: 26 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
