About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Credit Services senior leadership team within Consumer Operations. The Senior Lead will partner closely with the Head of Credit Services and functional area senior leaders to inform, influence, and drive accountability on a broad set of strategic priorities and business routines in support of credit card business. The position engages across a large operational area as Credit Services executes credit extension activities for all card customers and products including consumer, cobranding, and small business cards. The functional areas include new account underwriting and verification, fraud prevention, portfolio management credit actions, monitoring/controls, analytics, and project implementation. The group operates across multiple domestic locations along with global delivery activities in international sites. The position requires strategic vision, strong organizational & execution skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to proactively anticipate issues and resolve problems, and the ability to influence and effect change. In this role, you will: Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise Required Qualifications: 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business-related field Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Access) Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Posting End Date: 22 Feb 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
