About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Product Management Consultant in Consumer Data Portfolio Management as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. You will report to the Consumer Data Product (CDP) Portfolio Manager. This role will focus on supporting initiatives and assisting in portfolio management activities. In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence strategies, objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex data platforms and utilities across multiple groups and functions Create and maintain highly complex data product roadmaps throughout the data product lifecycle with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities Design and maintain innovative data products, enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant data product solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or companywide strategies Support execution of business plans that support the implementation of the data and product strategy Ensure function meets strategic objectives and manage against proposed timelines/project plans Support development of presentations to senior leaders, executives, audit, and regulatory agencies Facilitate conversations with Executives to align on strategic business priorities, decisions, and approach Support ad-hoc specialty projects, including assessment, planning, and execution Required Qualifications: 7 years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Financial Services 3 years of data management visioning and roadmap development experience Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict 3 years of experience using Jira to track and manage projects Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Ability to identify risk factors and provide alternatives to mitigate Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Driven, confident, organized and an accomplished problem solver Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position offers a hybrid work schedule Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
