Job Role and Responsibility: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Group is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop web application, database objects, and reports based on business requirements; Requires proficiency with Agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban; Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications; Collaborate and consult with peers and colleagues to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts; Review solutions to meet the technical standards and business requirements; Design, develop, test, enhance, and implement new or existing features and develop new tools and work on POCs; Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides; Focus on enhancing self-technical skillsets; Requires a strong understanding of best development practices; Use JIRA to support tracking and reporting user stories.
