Distribution Engineering Supervisor - $80,000 - $100,000

North Carolina

b19 Consulting is working with an expanding power delivery company to find a Distribution Engineering Supervisor that has executed projects from an electric utility background. The ideal applicant will have experience working on both Brownfield and Greenfield projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years utility Distribution experience
  • Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience either working directly with an electric utility or an electric utility consulting company performing design engineering for electric distribution is required
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards obtaining.
  • Providing estimated costs, development of a BOM,
  • MicroStation -performing Electrical Distribution design.
  • Work management software and job estimating software.
  • A Formal or informal leadership role
  • Ability to lead a large portion or the entirety of a distribution design project.
