Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and specifications
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and resolve any issues or conflicts
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications
General Services Administration Securtity clearance
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in construction management or related role
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction estimating
Proficient in using project management software (e.g., ProCore) and other relevant tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and drive project success
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during construction projects
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
