About this position:
- This is a part-time position (initially 24-28 hours per week) on site in our small law firm. Promotion to full-time anticipated for the right candidate.
- This is an entry level position.
- The job title in our firm is Office Assistant. The focus is on general office administrative tasks and assisting with legal matters.
Your roles are to:
- Support the office manager and staff with documentation, filing, organization, and general office tasks.
- Answer phones in a professional and kind manner and return calls promptly (as needed).
- Welcome clients to our office and assist with meeting needs (e.g., beverages, snacks, technology preparation, etc.).
- Assist with ensuring data integrity of firm’s practice management system.
- Processing daily mail.
- Assist with calendar management.

Competitive compensation commensurate with that of other similarly situated small firms and based on the experience and demonstrated skills you will contribute to our firm.
