Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and property maintenance.

Duties:

  • Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Periodic property tours/inspections and tenant/vendor on-site meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in collections and financial reporting.
  • Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with MRIAngus, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to maintain organized and thorough record keeping.
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with maintenance accounting and/or budgeting software such as Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
