Job Posting for Assistant Property Manager at BAB Commercial
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and property maintenance.
Duties:
Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Periodic property tours/inspections and tenant/vendor on-site meetings.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion.
Assist in collections and financial reporting.
Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.
Skills:
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property management.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Familiarity with MRIAngus, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
Ability to maintain organized and thorough record keeping.
Strong understanding of commercial leases and contract negotiations.
Familiarity with maintenance accounting and/or budgeting software such as Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI.
