Manage rental accounts and meet company account management goals and expectations, by collecting on past due accounts while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. Increase store BOR and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction. Accomplish these in a way that is consistent with the Babers mission statement.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Sales:
* Greet and assist customers on the sales floor * Obtain new rental orders over the phone and on the sales floor * Complete rental agreements as required * Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials
Deliveries & Pick-ups:
* Load truck per policy to protect merchandise * Deliver merchandise to customers as assigned * Install merchandise and instruct on proper use * Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned * Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained as assigned
Account Management:
* Review expired accounts and communicate with the customers to promote timely payments * Maintain accurate records of past due account activity * Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned * Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards
Showroom Floor:
* Maintain the store in rent ready condition * Prepare returned merchandise to be rent ready * Keep sales floor clean and organized * Keep back office and store area neat and organized.
