We are seeking a full-time Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
The Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator will communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure that scheduling needs are continuously met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating in the healthcare or home care industry is highly preferred.
