We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us.
We know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to build those relationships with team members in other cities, we meet with coworkers in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These offsites are expected of employees and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually. This role is an onsite role at our Columbus, OH warehouse. You will be expected to be onsite Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

What the Role Is
Babylist seeks an IT Operations Engineer to join our Corporate/Supply Chain IT & Security Team. This team is responsible for the systems and endpoints that all employees use daily. Your primary function will be to support the Babylist warehouse (CBUS) Operations IT & infrastructure footprint, end to end. You will help configure, deploy, and maintain all connected devices onsite at our Columbus, OH, facility. Additionally - you will help support the Corp IT Help Desk during the morning EST timezone. You will be a crucial player in ensuring the success of the continued buildout, deployment, and ongoing support for the Babylist warehouse.

- You have a track record of providing exceptional end-user support for Windows and Mac OS devices, network printers, and Android wireless devices in a warehouse/distribution environment
- You can communicate effectively, often technical issues, to people who are not technical

How You Will Make An Impact
- Work closely with internal end-users to troubleshoot their Windows and Mac OS devices, Android OS wireless handhelds, printers, and associated applications
- As a key stakeholder, provide internal process refinement of internal IT Systems, processes, and procedures
- Improve, administer, and help maintain our Tech Stack listed below. Don’t worry—we will help teach you the systems you are not fluent in yet
- Manage Babylist’s hardware and its entire lifecycle

Requirements
- Technical Requirements
- 2-4 years of demonstrated Windows/Mac OS end-user support and troubleshooting
- 2-4 years of demonstrated SaaS administration, as it relates to our Tech Stack
- Fluent interpersonal communication & collaborative skills
- Asset/Inventory Management and associated hardware lifecycle management
- Exposure to Google Suite of applications
- Knowledgeable with Okta
- Working knowledge of a WMS
- Nice to haves - Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Intune, Koerber One (formerly HighJump WMS)
- Other Requirements
- Onsite Requirements - Mon-Fri required on-site presence at our Columbus warehouse location (9am-5pm EST). Flexibility to come in at additional times when your support is critical.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The estimated pay range for this role is $84,660.00 - $126,990.00
In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
