Job Details
Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Entering patient information into the dental office system
Assist new patients in filling out the registration form
Great Customer service
Keep Patient information and referral source spreadsheets up do date
Send paperwork to new patients
Ability to manage patients flow through the practice
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
Experience within the dental field is a plus
Experience using computers and MS Office
Strong attention to detail
Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and / or reports
Good organizational skills
Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail

Mandatory temperature check for all employees and patients before they enter the office
PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks
Cleaning of all communal areas every hour
At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
