What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demand Planner position at Bacardi-Martini?

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be

Manage the demand planning process for assigned brands and prioritize markets for the supply plan within the portfolio
Develop demand plans and drive monthly consensus through the S&OP process for volume and revenue projections for the assigned brands, involving the key internal stakeholders
Create and propose product allocations for brands that warrant this approach
Collect past and future demand drivers and work with stakeholders to identify the impact of drivers on demand
Uncover risks and opportunities tied to demand uncertainties and help develop alternative business response options with the Marketing and Commercial teams
Maintain, analyze and review statistical forecast data for the assigned brands
Continuously analyze forecast performance, identify root causes for variations, and drive improvements in forecasting techniques & approach
Monitor demand planning key performance indicators and performance metrics, publishing a monthly dashboard for assigned brand billings and depletion performance
Gather input from the business users and leadership team to improve system functionality, demand planning business processes and forecast accuracy
