Your Opportunity

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work cross functionally and drive change in the company. You will have the opportunity do drive efficiencies and provide financial insights to improve investment decisions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be project oriented to deliver business expectations on Measurement and Evaluation targets. You will need to be flexible in thought process as you understand marketing strategies and executions. You will need to be creative in finding ways to leverage available information to build insights and guidance on future investments. You will need to be collaborative with other departments (Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Customer Marketing, Operations…). You will need to be forward looking as we look to develop this capability across the organization.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for understanding investment quality and inform future investment decisions.
  • Perform analysis, and generate insights on various areas of Advertising and Promotion investment
  • Extract trends across various budgets to communicate high level guidance based in results
  • Help set and measure against results driven expectations
  • Partner with Brand Teams, Customer Marketing, Business Insights and Commercial Performance to build a consistent story around performance and drivers focusing on Execution, Effectiveness, and Efficiency
  • Serve as the regional representation for various global networks focusing on advancing the Measurement and Evaluation agenda throughout the organization
  • Communicate with external partner agencies to align on expectations and deliverables

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting required
  • Forecasting: Knowledge of, and ability to apply, financial and forecasting procedures. This includes the ability to develop sound assumptions and produce relevant financial projections and models from those assumptions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure successful delivery (on time and within budget) while identifying potential issues/risks.
  • Control Environment: Understanding of internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for decision-making, internal/external reporting, and communications
  • Basic Knowledge of US Accounting Principles
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and team player.
  • Ability to work in a group environment and independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Products
  • SAP/Cognos/ Power BI knowledge a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills a must.
Personal Qualities
  • Proven experience in financial analysis (3-5 years)
  • Pro-active, agile and fast learner
  • Excellent business partnering skills and ability to build relationships

  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Products.
