JOB DESCRIPTION:

Baccus Global LLC (Baccus) is an exciting and continuously growing technology company, dedicated to creating innovative solutions in the Automotive Aftermarket and Power Supply consumer product industries. Baccus is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product and Engineering Team. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of product development and management. The position is full-time, located at Baccus’ headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Discover and define technical requirements for product features

· Manage the product development milestone process from initial concept, proposal, planning, and design through production

· Project management with factories

· Communicate with executive and sales teams to learn and understand needs and incorporate feedback

· Help drive a product roadmap

· Respond to product-related information requests and provide support as needed, both internally and externally

· Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service issues and marketing communications and questions related to the product

· Assume additional related responsibilities as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience
• BSC/MSC in Engineering, Business or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience working in 12V Automotive industry
• Brand marketing or licensee management experience
• Ability to travel if/when necessary
