Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including vans, box trucks, and everyday cars

- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner

- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging

- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage logs and delivery receipts

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a warehouse or delivery setting

- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Familiarity with using GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning

- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
