We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator and Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, and providing accurate financial reports. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health and stability of our company. The role
Duties:
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist in business development activities by analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities for growth
- Manage revenue and expenses to optimize profitability
- Conduct general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant regulations
- Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Implement accrual accounting practices to accurately reflect the financial position of the company
- Write comprehensive financial reports to communicate key findings and recommendations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Experience in business development activities and revenue management
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with GAAP and compliance management
