BA Global Talent is seeking an experienced on-site Board Liaison to support the Office of General Counsel (OGC) directly, providing critical assistance on interagency coordination and corporate governance matters for the Development Finance Corporation (DFC). The deliverables provided will support DFC’s work and interagency processes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide updates to key stakeholders on ongoing interagency policies and processes.
- Coordinate DFC's routing of, and response to, issues going through the interagency process.
- Track and assist on DFC's input/comment on executive orders, OMB circulars, and other executive branch policies and guidance.
- Obtain input from federal agencies represented on DFC’s Board of Directors regarding DFC projects and activities.
- Identify interagency policies and processes ready for review/discussion at various meetings.
- Compile and disseminate communications to the DFC workforce on interagency policies and processes.
- Review draft Board documents to ensure integration of interagency policies and processes.
- Engage with stakeholders across DFC, the U.S. Government, and private sector.
- Coordinate with origination teams and the State Department on issues that arise during vetting processes.
- Some domestic and international travel may be necessary, not exceeding two times per year.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid Passport issued by the Government of the United States.
- Secret level security clearance or ability to obtain.
- Graduate of an accredited law school with an LLB or J.D.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience as a licensed and practicing attorney.
- Experience working with DFC Board Agencies (Department of State, USAID, Department of Commerce, and Department of Treasury).
- Background in environmental and social policies, practices, and standards in international contexts.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, and finance issues, with an understanding of international development finance.
- Familiarity with issues related to the People's Republic of China and Chinese state-owned enterprises.
On-Site: Washington D.C.
Schedule: 9am to 5:45pm.
