General Description – Purpose of Role

This role involves managing a diverse array of projects across various functions and departments, offering high visibility within the organization. As a central figure in critical and high-value projects, the position connects project objectives with the collective efforts of the team, helping to navigate challenges and steer projects toward successful outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in managing all phases of project planning and execution, from initiation through closing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Use analytical skills to identify project requirements, potential challenges, and solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and decision-making processes.
• Manage project changes, risk assessments, and contingency plans in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

Assist with ongoing projects as directed

Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in project management or a comparable role.
• PMP certification (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.
• Experience with project management software tools like Smartsheet, desirable but not required.
