Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities

*Must be located and willing to travel in the Orange County, CA area*

• Apply an in-depth understanding of BACS services and values to address Company productivity.
• Work on-call and respond to issues with in SLA.
• Travel to multiple customer locations daily
• Efficiently resolve technical issues.
• Project Management. Ensure Projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Satisfy, listen and adapt to BACS Client needs while adhering to BACS best practices.
• Provide critical perspective and observation of BACS Client IT infrastructure.
• Document assets, activities and procedures precisely.
• Submit Time, PSA records, Expenses and other Administrative obligations in a timely manner.
• Excel at BACS Values: Show Ready, Leadership, Passionate, Excellent and Engaged.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Managed IT Services, or IT industry.
• Hands on experience with End-User Computing devices such as laptops, desktops, smart phones and tablets.
• Familiar with Wireless and Network configurations including the following services: HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, Routing, Switching.
• Ability to deploy, troubleshoot, upgrade and perform maintenance on Server operating systems.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer-service focus.
• Able to lift and work with items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• Able to pass background check.
• Must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
