Bader Enterprises, Inc is an award-winning, locally owned and operated, full-service remodeling business. We offer complete interior and exterior remodeling, using well-trained and supervised in-house crews.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal office admin support candidate will be an energetic, positive person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our Grand Rapids office needs someone who can work independently, multi-task, is efficient in time management and is comfortable prioritizing work projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answering the phone to assist clients and vendors
  • Making outbound calls to clients and vendors as required for customer service and follow up
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. An associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Salary : $41,000 - $47,000
