Role


We are looking for a Junior Program Analyst to work onsite at Eglin Air Force Base in support of the Air Force Research Lab Munitions Directorate. In this role you will:

• Perform program control related duties
• Assist with milestone tracking
• Analyze performance including comparison of actual results against planned results
• Support the development, interpretation of program financial data to input into monthly reports
• Help to gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts
• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management
• Help to develop and create SOP documentation for systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
  
  
  

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or other relevant area
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  
  
  
  

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 1-3 Years of relevant experience
• Air Force or DoD experience
• Program control and analysis experience
• Ability to understand and accurately translate financial information for a general audience
• Current Secret Level Security Clearance
  
  
  

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $43920 - $74700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
