Role
We are looking for a Junior Program Analyst to work onsite at Eglin Air Force Base in support of the Air Force Research Lab Munitions Directorate. In this role you will:
- Perform program control related duties
- Assist with milestone tracking
- Analyze performance including comparison of actual results against planned results
- Support the development, interpretation of program financial data to input into monthly reports
- Help to gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts
- Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management
- Help to develop and create SOP documentation for systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or other relevant area
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience
- Air Force or DoD experience
- Program control and analysis experience
- Ability to understand and accurately translate financial information for a general audience
- Current Secret Level Security Clearance
Full-Time Salary Range: $43920 - $74700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
