Project Manager

Job Description Project Manager will oversee and manages the operational aspects of the GEO-SPI St. Louis project(s) and serves as a liaison between the BAE team, BAE management, and prime contract management. The Project Manager is responsible for reporting the status of projects, managing schedules and recruiting for 100% program staffing. The Project Manager will assess issues and develop resolutions to meet staffing, performance quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Will also be responsible for developing mechanisms for monitoring progress and for intervention and problem solving with prime managers, BAE leaders, and direct clients.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Ten years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree and 6 years' relevant experience
• Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• 5 years of experience in managing people/projects

• Knowledge of Library Operations

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $87700 - $149100

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
