****This shift supports 2nd shift. Hired candidate will be entitled to 10% shift differential***
Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Supporting our 2nd shift the Space Assembly Operator performs hand assembly on a variety of CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies).

Supporting our 2nd shift the Space Assembly Operator performs hand assembly on a variety of CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies).
- Tasks includes hand soldering of thru-hole and surface mount components, bonding, and mechanical assembly as well as in process inspections.
- This job requires working under a microscope.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to solder.
- Previous CCA hand assembly experience.
- Focus on Quality
- Strong communication skills.
- IPC – 610 a plus
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity) test is required.
- Previous CCA experience.
