This position will also require Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities, to include managing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and ensuring the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) are implemented and compliant at the Nashua , NH BAE System facility. Management of this site will include compliance of government regulations and standardization across Electronic Systems BAE Systems facilities.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship statusTypical Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years experience in lieu of degree
Required Skills and Education •Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance
•Previous experience as an FSO or Department of Defense Security Manger
•Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum
•At least 8 years of Security experience
•Experience managing others
•Budget experience
Preferred Skills and Education • Bachelor's Degree
•Membership in professional organizations (CSSWG, ASIS,NCMS, etc)
