• Considerable knowledge in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Lotus Notes and Domino environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with, or the ability to learn, the Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology.
• Experience working under minimal technical guidance.
• Ability to write clear, concise and effective requirements documents, correspondence, procedures, and reports in accordance with policies.
• Sixteen years of specific experience, however, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

LOTUS NOTES DEVELOPER - DOMINO

This is onsite in Reston, but we offer very flexible hours! Our new and improved benefits packages is great too!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going technical support for legacy Lotus Notes applications and databases.
• Consult with client to develop requirements.
• Evaluate, develop, and deploy security enhancements and platforms meeting business and technology requirements.
• Evaluate, define and record system necessities for workflow, data, hardware, logical processes and operating system environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Skill levels are based upon a combination of education, training and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline, or a combination of education, training and experience.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Familiar with formula language, profiles, caching, impact on views, forms, and workflow processing.

Design elements, their proper use and updates during design replacement and design update.

Database Connectivity

Familiarity with Domino access model as to groups
on ACLs, selection of documents for specific users in groups, and how
document access field values apply.

Ability to assist, consult, and ultimately develop with Java developers on projects communicating among Domino and Java servers.
