Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Strategic Systems under the Air Force Solutions Integration Support Contract (ISC) at Hill AFB, UT. The selected applicant will support the Strategic Systems team as we seek to deliver a world-class capability for our client and their associated contractors. This position may perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Develops and implements the Strategic Systems Schedule to include the Director's schedule.
Develops, prepares and coordinates organizational briefings, information papers, and interfaces with travel team to ensure travel is efficiently scheduled.
Reviews reporting documentation for delivery quality.
Provide logistic support for visitors including VRs, PARs, capability showcase, etc.
Interface with high-level BAE executives and government customers.
Provide administrative support for Senior Leadership and operations meetings.
Track STS new hire list and work with Workface Innovation Team to execute orientation meeting.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required education:
High School/GED
Required Experience:
- BS/BA – 2 years experience.
- AS/AA – 4 years experience.
- HS/GED – 8 years experience.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative and an ability to organize daily tasks with minimal to no supervision.
Superior experience with MS Office, Adobe and other common applications.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Must be committed to results and success in accomplishing goals, as well as a fast learner with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to emerging requirements.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload of self and others effectively.
Firm understanding of budgets, military culture and acquisition processes, prior people management experience. Ability to obtain and retain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Education.
Preferred Education: bachelor’s degree.
Working knowledge of business processes (procurement, CDRLs, CM/DM, etc.).
Experience with government contract requirements including contract deliverables.
Work effectively with staff in other disciplines such as logistics, engineering, customer service, and finance superior analytic skills and attention to detail required analyzing products and applications to meet customer needs.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
