Join BAE Systems Intelligence and Security Sector and be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who solves some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are searching for a Senior Logistician to join our Phasa-35 High Altitude Long Endurance program to support flight operations.
In this role you will:
- Support test flight trials inside and outside of Continental United States (CONUS), specifically performing logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product.
- Develops and implements logistics program activities including integrated logistics support (ILS), technical documentation, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM), provisioning, etc.; coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolves logistics problems; and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
- Candidates must have an ability to work as a team member as well as occasionally unsupervised on own initiative, have good analytical skills, with the ability to identify a problem, interact with the right stakeholders and provide a solution. The candidate may be expected to contribute to other work packages and present results to managers and peers.
- Contribute to the generation of material management plans and presenting at test readiness review boards
- Work with Lead System Engineer to ensure flight readiness.
- Support quality and product assurance.
- Support internal, external, and customer audit activities.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- At a minimum should have a bachelor s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting, or related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years relevant work experience.
- Experience with cradle to grave materials movement globally
- Reliable in respect of quality and timeliness of deliverable items
- Careful and organized approach to tasks
- Evidence of taking ownership of problems/high level requirements
- Experience in writing and running scientific testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain / maintain the required security clearance

Experience with Material Management Software
Flight Trial experience
Military Experience serving as a supply or logistician in military environments
Supervisory experience, able to coach and mentor new team members
