Job Description
BAE is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be a trusted business partner and will support Prime and IDIQ recruiting efforts in our Intelligence and Security sector. As a trusted recruiting advisor, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to influence hiring decisions and activities to effectively meet the organization's staffing needs.
Partner closely with the assigned business area to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy to attract active and passive candidates
Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, supply and demand in different geographic areas
Develop innovative ways to source candidates and develop sustainable talent pipelines to reflect the common candidate profiles to fill positions
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
Ensure appropriate talent pipeline management to include campaigns
Attend hiring team meetings to provide status updates on job openings and gain full understanding of staffing needs
Manage requisition portfolio and apply best practices related to compliance, adherence to processes and system requirements
Ensure exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences
Proactively communicate with leaders and teammates with a focus on solutions and impact
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requires 5 to 10 years with BS/BA. Relevant work experience can be substituted for degree.
Technical recruitment experience in an agency, government contracting and/or corporate setting
Experience supporting prime and IDIQ efforts
Strong passive candidate sourcing and networking skills
Competitive, energetic and motivated to exceed personal and established recruiting goals
Must have experience in recruiting for all levels of security clearance levels
Experience in using large resume databases (i.e. Clearedjobs, Clearancejobs, Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn)
Experience using different social media marketing tools to find talent
Experience in using Boolean search strings
Understanding and applying OFCCP documentation requirements
Relevant knowledge of market and trends
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience recruiting talent in the Air Force or Space Force market preferred
Experience using Brassring/ Kenexa
Experience using Phenom
