Supplier Database Administrator (REMOTE LOCAL)

Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining our enterprise level supplier database, as well as the Controls ERP supplier database in Oracle. Working with a team of Sourcing Professionals, this person will onboard new suppliers, inactivate suppliers no longer in use, build and send reports relative to the supply base, perform other various updates and administrative tasks as required.

This role also provides support to the Supply Chain organization by:

• Pulling Dunn & Bradstreet reports in support of risk assessments
• Maintain IPortal database for Proprietary Information Agreements
• Working with Buyers to ensure correct data on Partner2Win scorecards and updating dates as requested for OSS/VMI items
• Perform other various Oracle administrative updates

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Strong office skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Record keeping
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Prior sourcing experience is a plus
APICS or PMP certification
