Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Lead for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

Title:
Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Lead
Location: Remote and Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 12 month
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:

  • Oversee the functional team's activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and reporting status updates to project management.
  • Manage and oversee the integration of business processes from a project-wide perspective, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead project team analysis sessions, offering input on specific issues and ensuring the quality of deliverables meets the project's standards.
  • Evaluate the functional accuracy of customizations made to the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation system, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Assist in the timely resolution of functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Interact with necessary groups to provide proper functional support for team activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Support the maintenance of project plans, coordinating with client for review and approval activities.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedule, approach, and resources as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate all testing activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy of test cases.
  • Assist in planning for the transition to production, ensuring a smooth handover and minimizing disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including configuration and implementation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in requirements analysis, translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aligning IT solutions with business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating functional designs, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Client Delivery Methods for Testing, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
