Overview of the Role

As a Product Manager at Bags Etc, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the online presence of our products, including listing products online, taking and managing photos and videos of products, writing product descriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to improve the website. You will also be responsible for managing and updating our online store presence as well as our LinkedIn profile and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create new listings for products on our online platforms and update existing entries.
• Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions for products
• Capture and edit product photos and videos
• Maintain an organized library of images and video content for easy access and reference.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create visuals that align with campaign themes and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers for site enhancements
• Oversee the presence of our online stores and platforms
• Update and curate content for our website and other platforms
• Ensure the website remains current and engaging
• Use analytics to optimize our web presence and improve marketing based on traffic and user data.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase product visibility and web traffic.
• Keep product inventory and information up to date
• Research potential markets and manage marketing campaigns
• Handle customer interaction, and address inquiries and feedback promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technologically Adept
• Experience managing online storefronts
• Experience with photography and videography is helpful but not required
• Experience with managing online advertising campaigns
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to new tools and technologies.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
