Job Posting for Customer Specialist at BAI Municipal Software

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a municipal software company. Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, Assessing, receipting/collections, Utilities and Building Inspection a plus. Software runs on IBM Server, knowledge of ISeries funcation such as file transfer a plus. Knowledge of Excel and Help Desk not required but big advantage. Benefits include Paid vacation, paid holidays and Retirment match.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
