WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM:
Bain & Company is searching for a Coordinator, Paid Social to work in conjunction with other team members to execute, optimize and measure paid social campaigns across a diverse set of firm needs including but not limited to recruiting (main focus), account marketing and our core commercial industries and capabilities. You'll report into the Senior Manager, Paid Media based in London.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running a high volume of paid social campaigns and thrives on tweaking and optimizing campaigns to drive optimal performance with our target audience. An interest in recruiting and B2B with hands on experience with LinkedIn and familiarity around search, programmatic, display, retargeting, A/B testing, etc. is a big plus. As digital is changing so quickly, an interest in staying on top of industry trends and piloting new solutions to bring the most value to Bain will be critical to success in this role.

You have: A passion for digital marketing with specific hands-on experience with paid social advertising using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon and/or others. You’re interested in working with recruiting teams to understand the ideal candidate journey across campus, experienced talent and business services audiences, and how we can position Bain as an ideal place to grow their career. You are an excellent writer with strong project management skills, are extremely detail-oriented/organized and want to help build out and run digital campaigns for our recruiting and commercial priority audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Digital Marketing (60%)

  • Expertise and ability to optimize, track, execute and read out results of multiple paid social campaigns concurrently, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn
  • Ability to copywrite and story tell around what Bain has to offer across several recruiting groups (with relevant inputs)
  • Constant and sustained interest in testing and learning to drive towards the best results and make the most impact
  • In partnership with other team members, read out campaign results to various internal stakeholders and identify ways to improve for future campaigns
  • Ensure proper and consistent UTM strategy is utilized for campaign attribution and measurement (training can be provided)
  • Dive into our analytics platform to conduct complete post-campaign evaluation
Project Coordination (20%)

  • Assist in development and maintenance of a central tracker that houses all paid campaigns across recruiting audiences
  • Track billing across all recruiting initiatives
  • Work with other marketing departments to ensure digital initiatives are integrated into overall project tracking system (familiarity and experience with Kapost a plus)
Communication (10%)

  • Work with various internal recruiting and marketing departments to articulate capabilities and value of campaigns
  • Serve as an internal marketing champion with a customer-obsessed mindset, and respond to campaign-related requests in a timely manner
  • Proactively look for opportunities to communicate value and results of campaign, and maintain active "promoters" at all times
Innovation (10%)

  • Stay on top of the latest and greatest industry trends relevant to LinkedIn and other paid media platforms
  • Test and learn to ensure we’re offering best-in-class, most effective, most innovative solutions to our recruiting team
ABOUT YOU:
  • Education Degree level and area of specialization needed for the performance of this role’s Essential Functions
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university · Solid understanding of business strategy and digital marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in paid social, ideally with LinkedIn, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
  • B2B and/or professional services experience
  • LinkedIn experience
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn with either a focus on Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, effectively building networks or their recruiting marketing solutions
  • Experience with Google Analytics or another authoritative analytics tool
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, can-do attitude and strong work ethic who’s willing to dive in and help wherever needed
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency with Office applications (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Agency experience
