Role Description – Contract Manager/Negotiator **Fully remote position,
- Manage Contract drafting process between outsourced suppliers, legal and the business * Personally draft Work Order (Statement of Work) sections for clarity as required * Facilitate validation of Statement of Work spend to budget limits * Update Peoplesoft ERP with required updates, status and approval workflow as required * Work creatively with all parties to gain cross-functional alignment quickly to maintain high velocity KPI performance Key Skills * Contract language familiarity with Statements of Work for small changes * Can develop scope parameters quickly and align business expectations * Can challenge supplier approaches when not appropriate or optimized for the situation * Has working knowledge of contract content and cost drivers for small changes, project development and maintenance in an IT environment * Preferable to have work experience with outsourced suppliers
