We are hiring an Installer to join our team!

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

What you will be doing:

• Installation of residential systems in customers' homes & light commercial settings
• Retrofit / changeout installs
• Installing energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, and ductless heat pumps
• Excellent customer service
• Elite Diamond dealer for Mitsubishi

Qualifications / Skills:

• 1 years' experience installing energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• A high degree of professionalism
• Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the installation process, fostering mentorship and relationships with team members while providing impeccable customer service
• Sound judgment. Ability to make decisions, work independently, and seek assistance from team members when necessary
• Superior verbal communication skills
• Able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC Technical School certificate of completion desired
