Job Responsibilities
- Manager of the license holding company
- System manager - maintaining the existing softwares as well as implementing new platforms
- Liaison of transactions between Relocation and Sales Closing, Mortgage, and Title
- Assist in communications from Relocation to the field
- Assist in coordinating agent training
- Research and problem solving (elevating it to the VP of Relocation when needed)
- Reporting tracking
- Database management
- Assist VP of Relocation in tracking and submitting industry awards
- Work with Marketing on as-needed projects
- Coordinate and solve problems with Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and Billing
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on streamlining any processes
- Assure accurate data-entry by all staff in all internal and external systems
Requirements:
- This position will be client-facing.
- This position will have potential to attend Relocation Industry meetings.
- There will be no press releases about this position
- Real estate license required
- Experience in the real estate industry strongly encouraged
- Experience in the relocation industry preferred
