With over 100 years of service to the baking industry, BakeMark is recognized as an industry leader and trusted partner for quality bakery ingredients, products, supplies and services. BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 30 branches conveniently-located across the U.S. and Canada.
Summary: Manage inventory of BakeMark USA Manufactured, commodities and general resale merchandise at assigned BakeMark location(s).
Responsibilities:
- Clear reporting on the period GM report.
- Manage Branch inventory levels for assigned vendors.
- Utilize and maintain the MARS forecasting module and appropriate NDS reports.
- Calculate economic order quantities, prepare/ place purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate product and freight costs.
- Negotiate, analyze, and arrange transportation of product from approved suppliers to BUSA Branch.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience, 1 year preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience a plus.
