Baker Barrios is hiring a licensed professional or nonregistered graduate with 8 years of related experience in our Orlando, Tampa and Nashville offices. This position provides full support through the project delivery process. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specialized systems. Coordinates with Project Management, other Architects and consultants. Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects. Coordinates with Practice Leader on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Responsible for the coordination of construction process, ensuring compliance with Baker Barrios quality standards and construction documents.
- Licensed professional or non-registered graduate
- 8 years of experience
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit required
- Ability to direct, coordinate and collaborate work efforts with project team members
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project including technical design and construction phase services
- Familiarity with building codes, specifications and coordination of engineering systems
- Understanding of project delivery processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
