Tank and Pipeline Inspector

BCG is looking for an entry level inspector or with experience. This position will be working with senior inspectors, executing assigned inspection projects, and interfacing with site representatives and their subcontractors. This position will be responsible for the completion of field inspections, documentation, understanding of applicable codes and standards, report preparation and assisting with technical review.

BCG will provide training for the successful candidate.

The position is based in Lawrenceville, GA. Travel will be required.

Qualifications:

• Communication and time management skills.
• Computer skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work and learn from others within the group.

• Current API-653 Certification.
• Certification or experience in UT, MT, PT, or ET.
• Experience with MFL tank bottom inspection.
• Experience in AutoCAD.

Job Requirements:

• Travel approximately 50% , with occasional opportunity for international travel.
• Moving, carrying, lifting, objects more than 50 lbs.
• Climbing and working from ladders, stairs, high reach, and scaffolding.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Drug/Background and random on-going drug screening required.
• Work is in the petroleum and chemical industry. Smoking/vaping is not permitted during working hours.

Job Type: Full-time - Salary Pay
