As an ARMO Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for Full understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risksassociated with one or more of the plant processing areas.

• Under the general supervision of the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, supervises and coordinates the Repair and Maintenance activities on a shift.
• Instructs and provides guidance to operating staff in production scheduling.
• Assesses and reports results of production runs. May recommend adjustments to product batches or Repair and Maintenance processes to maintain quality standards.
• Ensures clean-up of work area and equipment. Informs the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor of process problems or delays and recommends solutions.
• Monitors repair statistics to ensure accuracy. Trains fewer senior members of the department and serves as a role model in areas of safety, house keeping and commitment.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Highschool Diploma or 5 years of experience in Repair and Maintenace.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in (ESP) Electrical Submersible Pump and downhole equipment.
• Have the ability to demonstrate leadership and personal discipline in performing all assigned tasks to ensure product quality and safe operation for all employees.
• Have the knowledge of products and understanding of Quality Control analysis to recommend adjustments.
• Have knowledge of required transactions performed in manufacturing database
• Have the ability to operate all plant equipment
