The Lead Cash Flow Analyst is a key analyst role responsible as part of the Baker Corporate financial planning and analysis team covering cash flow analytics in Baker Hughes. In the role you will support key Baker Hughes planning and reporting activities, such as direct cash flow forecasting, collections and past due forecasting and disbursement forecasting.

As the Lead Cash Flow Analyst, will have the following responsibilities for the overall Baker Hughes company:

• Leading the cash flow forecasting, including various monthly, quarterly, and annual planning sessions. Focusing on customer collections, past dues and all direct disbursement activities.
• Timely and accurate cash flow monitoring month-end/quarter-end cash flow reporting and analysis.
• Performing financial analysis supporting the earnings process and provide narrative on key cash flow dynamics and KPI's.
• Maintaining, develop, and enhance cash flow reporting systems and processes to ensure proper visibility to cash flow data.
• Maintaining databases to ensure visibility to data trending and historical data for analysis purposes.
• Delivering process and reporting simplifications and automation.
• Projects support such as driving planning improvements as part of the finance systems transformation.
• General: support and inclusiveness with a wide range of stakeholders; liaising with all product companies and support junior members of the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Finance).
• 2 years of Finance/FP&A experience/Finance Systems experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple priorities with proven organizational skills
