The OFS Digital Security Leader is a horizontal role that will drive security governance across our OFS Digital portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work across 140+ applications - managing process and policy, while playing a hands-on role in strategic projects.  As The OFS Digital Security Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Growing a security forward culture across product teams though awareness and training
• Working closely with product leaders and development teams to drive best practices and roll out tools
• Operationalizing OFS Digital compliance with enterprise policies and programs
• Partnering with enterprise security functions and represent OFS Digital in enterprise-wide initiatives
• Designing clear governance and process for our product teams
• Acting as a coach to help project teams think through addressing security at various stages of the product lifecycle
• Developing a cross functional approach to responding to common customer inquiries related to digital product security
• Continuously developing expertise across new and emerging technologies and trends; translate this into an education opportunity for remainder of the organization
• This is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities that will evolve to align to current business objectives

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
• 8+ years hands on technical or product team role; including 2+ years program / portfolio level leadership experience
• Passion for driving simplicity in a matrixed, enterprise environment
• Experience building an industry leading application security program
• Prior experience as a security analyst and/ or leading a security compliance team
• Ability to influence executives and engineers
• Understanding of data security needs for both enterprise software and customer facing software products
• Experience leading technology decisions in both cloud and on premises environments in a large enterprise that serves a global customer base
• Experience with public and private clouds, especially AWS environments

Desired Characteristics

• Relevant security, auditing and compliance certifications (CISA, CISSP)
• Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both Senior Management and development teams
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• PC proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access)
• Business Process Modeling proficiency (Visio or similar)
• Strong process and analytical skills
• Oil and Gas industry experience
