Baker Installations currently has an opening to recruit a Fiber and Cable Installation Technician in our York/Lancaster, PA service area. We are hiring experienced technicians and people experienced in Construction, Roofing, Electrical, Alarms, Satellite, Maintenance/repair, Service or Outdoor work.

Our Technicians achieve superior results as they install Fiber and Cable TV, high-speed internet and digital phone services for residential and small business customers. Technician candidates must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Be able to carry and climb an 80-pound, 28’ extension ladder, many times each day
• Have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Maximum body weight 275 pounds to comply with safety limitations of equipment
• Be flexible to local travel as may be required
• Be a self-starter committed to achieving Safety, Productivity, Quality and Customer Service results
