We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook) and YouTube. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical skills, especially in video creation and editing.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on video content.
• Generate innovative ideas for multimedia content that resonate with the target audience.
• Video Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for use on Meta (Facebook) and YouTube.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform-specific best practices for video content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and shareable video content.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of social media channels, including but not limited to Meta and YouTube.
• Schedule and publish content in a timely manner, optimizing posting schedules based on platform analytics.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Analytics and Reporting:
