Baker Street Mystery is looking for an outgoing murder mystery host to join our team. We are looking for someone who would be willing to host in the San Antonio / Fredericksburg / Helotes area. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

This would be an Independent Contractor position, paid per event. No required hours, you choose how much you want to work. Pay starts at $120 per event and increases with larger attended events.

Responsibilities

  • introducing and guiding attendees through a 1.5-2hr murder mystery party
  • short term memorization (so you don't have to constantly look at the script)
  • light computer skills to view and award prizes
  • manage audio equipment (training would be provided)
  • encouraging guest to be involved (training would be provided)

Qualifications

    *Experienced in talking in front of large groups *Past theater experience is helpful, but not required *Understanding of Google Forms *Availability on weekends *Access to a computer *Ideally: Previous experience with audio equipment (speaker / microphone)
