Job Summary:

The Rebind Assistant is responsible for dispersing Paw Prints Rebind products to workstations for rebinding. This position follows all safety and housekeeping standards of BTPS.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Unbox, scan, and separate books based on book type.
  • Enter new book measurements.
  • Remove book covers.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Ability to write correspondence and speak effectively to customers or team members.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to read a ruler or measuring tape in either standard or metric measurements.

  • None

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
