Position Summary:

The HRIS Coordinator will support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications and modules. Serves as point of contact for all system-related inquiries .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(The following statements describe the general nature of work being performed in this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management):

  • Provides HRIS support for various People Operations functions such as Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, Employee Relations, etc
  • Uses functional and technical knowledge to provide employees with general guidance and training as needed
  • Assists with updating and maintaining forms, policies and procedures and creating process guides and other reference materials for employee training
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Act as liaison between employee clients and People Ops team on HRIS system utilization
  • Recommends and implements improvement to system utilization
  • Drives continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification of transactional processes with HRIS system
  • Prepares, maintains, and distributes various reports on a monthly or as needed basis


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in human resources or information technology and 4 years related work experience. In lieu of a degree, 6 years HRIS administrator and/or implementation work experience.
  • Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion
  • Computer savvy with proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be very detail oriented and responsive
  • Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated data analysis skills
  • Demonstrates high accountability, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
