What you will do:
- Design and deliver Oracle Time & Labor functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of a cloud transformation
- Lead strategic Time & Labor business process transformation sessions and conversations to identify opportunities for improvement related to people, process or technology.
- Identify solution gaps, requirement gaps, and key design decisions, and communicate and document their associated options, considerations, and provide recommendations based on prior experience and leading practice.
- Critically research, identify and provide system solutions that maximize process efficiencies/effectiveness and minimize future state maintenance and sustainability efforts.
- Advocate and persuade the client to choose product and/or industry best practice solutions based on in-depth Time & Labor experience and Oracle expertise
- Articulate system and process design options to client audiences with varying degrees of expertise (i.e. Leadership, technical, functional…) to obtain consensus.
- Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practice recommendation in the area of Time and Labor and key cross functional areas (technical, absence management, payroll).
- Ability to synthesis business use cases and functional requirements to define system requirements and set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals.
- Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions
- Oversee and participate in the configuration of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor to bring client requirements to life and lead testing and training programs
- Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the Time & Labor Cloud Solution
- Partner with project managers to identify project risk and issues. Work together to collaboratively develop and articulate mitigate strategies
- Design, define, and document functional requirements and specifications for technical components of the Time & Labor Solution and partner with the technical team to execute development completion and unit testing of technical objects including fast formulas, integrations, reports, and data migration
- Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert
- Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives and lead continuous development of the internal market offering
- Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants and client team members
- Participate in the development and deployment of team member Time & Labor implementation training
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, human resources, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of implementation experience, with 2 years of hands on experience implementing Oracle Time & Labor
- In-depth experience designing and configuring Time & Labor workflow approval rules via the Oracle Transaction Console and Oracle BPM Worklist toolsets
- Experience with designing and configuring Time & Labor user security (functional roles and data roles) via the Oracle Security Console and Workforce Structure toolsets
- Oracle Time & Labor Cloud Implementation Specialist Certification
- Certification in other related Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to break down complex problems and offer recommendations and solutions
- Business expertise in Time & Labor processes as well as having strong knowledge of other related business processes, such as Absence Management and Payroll
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- Ability to multi task across and prioritize effectively across multiple different projects and stakeholders both internal and external
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with client resources from lower level to C suite
- Ability to travel, potentially up to 50%
- Must be willing to work non-traditional business hours for client demands
