What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative position at Bakersfield Mazda?
We are currently hiring for a BDC Representative for the hours of 10am to 7pm. You will be the frontline representative for the Dealership and must represent the store in a professional manner at all times on the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to all customers. This job plays a key role in maintaining the stores reputation and image.
- Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers.
- Connect new customers in a professional, well spoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Proactively build out prospecting network
- Log all activity in a CRM
Qualifications
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
